After more than 30 years in management and board positions at Gerling, VW, Allianz and ERGO, I am delighted to be opening a new chapter in my professional career today. With the founding of Crede & Company Consulting GmbH and “The Mobility Insurance Network”, we have formed a fantastic team that will work on the future of automotive insurance solutions with expertise and passion. I would like to thank the teams from Porsche Consulting, Strategy&, SAP Fioneer and the University of St. Gallen (Institute for Mobility) for their trust and for the energy they have put into our initiative. I would also like to thank Christoph Jakob from Jakob & Sozien and Sabine Schwarz from Seitz for their many years of excellent advice on tax and legal issues.

• Crede cooperates with Strategy&, SAP Fioneer, the University of St. Gallen and becomes Senior Advisor at Porsche Consulting

• At the same time, the think tank and platform for cross-industry, interdisciplinary exchange is founded: The Mobility Insurance Network

Crede & Company Consulting GmbH, a new management consultancy specializing in the automotive insurance sector, will be launched on 1 February 2025. At the helm: Karsten Crede, CEO of ERGO Mobility Solutions until the end of 2023. Crede cooperates with renowned consultancies and SAP Fioneer, the software provider for the financial services industry. At the same time, Crede is founding The Mobility Insurance Network, a new network concept for the industry that will serve as a think tank and platform for expert discussions and cross-industry exchange. The aim is to align car insurance with the mobility of the future through the interaction of specialized consulting, science and industry.
The collaboration between the partners creates unique expertise based on strategic and operational experience, proven innovative strength and technological infrastructure, which they bring to the market in a bundled form. Crede & Company's strategic partners are Strategy&, PwC's strategy consultancy, and SAP Fioneer. Crede will also be a Senior Advisor at Porsche Consulting. Scientific expertise is provided by Prof. Dr. Andreas Herrmann's Institute for Mobility at the University of St. Gallen. Crede & Company's clients include insurers, car manufacturers, mobility providers, car dealer groups, insurance brokers and platform operators.
